Role Description ( Experience between 1 to 2 years ONLY)
This is a full time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Executive will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.



Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and supporting sales processes. Additionally, the Customer Care Executive will be expected to maintain a customer-first approach.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers
Basic proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to support sales-related inquiries
Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the food or wellness industry are beneficial
