About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can independently lead the development of web applications, mobile apps, APIs, dashboards, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate must be strong in both front-end and back-end, have a product-oriented mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive websites, admin panels, and dashboards
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces (React.js / Vue.js / Angular)
- Optimize page load time, SEO readiness, and mobile responsiveness

Backend Development

- Design and build RESTful APIs & microservices
- Develop backend logic using Node.js / Python / PHP / Java (depending on skill set)
- Manage databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls

Mobile App Development

- Build Android/iOS apps using React Native / Flutter
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, push notifications, and third-party services
- Publish and maintain apps on Play Store & App Store

DevOps & Deployment

- Deploy web and mobile apps on AWS / Digital Ocean / Azure
- CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, performance tuning
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Nginx/Apache, version control (Git)





Quality & Documentation

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and business teams

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, and REST APIs
- Experience in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile apps
- Proficiency in relational & NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud hosting & Git
- Valuable understanding of security, API integration, and modern architectures

Soft Skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ownership mindset with focus on quality and timelines

Education

- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)
