Job Description
Manage workforce planning activities including capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting
Perform Real-Time Analysis (RTA) and take corrective actions to meet SLA targets
Create daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Analyze performance trends, productivity, and SLA adherence
Coordinate with US stakeholders during the shift
Build and automate dashboards for workforce and performance metrics
Handle intraday management, shrinkage tracking, and staffing requirements
Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to deliver insights
