Job Title: Executive- LMS Admin Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and motivated B.Tech / BBA / MBA-HR graduates who aspire to build a career in enterprise learning technology. Selected candidates will undergo structured internal training on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) Core and Learning Management System (LMS) certification. After certification, they will actively participate in client implementations, configurations, and support projects.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into implementation consultants in the HR Tech domain.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program on CSoD Core & LMS modules.
Successfully complete internal certifications and external CSoD certifications.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CSoD modules for clients.
Assist senior consultants in gathering client requirements and documenting solutions.
Contribute to solution design, data migration, reporting, and integration support.
Provide ongoing assistance in enhancements, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
Continuously learn and keep up to date with CSoD product releases and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
Academic Background: Robust academic record with a solid understanding of software fundamentals.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of databases, SQL, or any programming language (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Attitude & Mindset:
Quick learner with high adaptability.
Interest in HR Tech / Learning Technology domain.
Commitment to complete certifications and grow as an Implementation Consultant.
