You’ll be the backbone of our sales engine, supporting deals, elevating client conversations, and helping leadership make smarter decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations
Prepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports, dashboards and conduct metric/trend analysis
Drive sales operations initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecasting
Perform data sanctity review in CRM and execute clean-ups as required
Populate CRM with new sales opportunities
Ensure effective, timely and accurate reporting to top management on key metrics
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Ensure timely invoicing & collection from clients
Maintain repository for all sales-related documents
Conduct market analysis research to identify sales potential as requested by leadership
Assist US-based sales team on an as-needed basis
Regular analysis of inbound meetings data and maintenance of accurate records for senior leadership
RFP, Proposal & Communication Management
Respond to RFP/RFQ/ITQ from clients
Generate leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Develop tailored proposals for prospects
Respond to ad-hoc client requests related to deliverables
Use data, analysis, and business acumen to identify business growth opportunities
Document best practices and create standardized training materials
Client Meetings & Pre-Sales Support
Liaising with prospects to gather and understand requirements
Own end-to-end pre-sales account management and communication for inbound meetings across global key accounts
Attend calls with inbound prospects to assist and expedite the sales process
Conference & Event Management
Ensure all conferences-related deliverables are completed within deadlines
Product Knowledge & Demo Enablement
Independently develop expertise in the company’s product, business applications, and platform technologies
Translate product capabilities into business value during client interactions
Sales Cycle & Pipeline Management
Support the full sales cycle by managing pipeline entries, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
Ensure smooth handoffs between sales stages and improve sales processes through continuous optimization
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Undergraduate/Graduate Degree from a Top-Tier University/School in India or abroad (mandatory)
Experience
2 to 3+ years of experience in high-tech space, preferably AI/SaaS industry
Technical Skills
Strong technical aptitude to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies
Excellence in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
CRM proficiency (preference for CRM tools)
Ability to independently learn and master new technologies
Business & Communication Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical, financial, and value propositions.
Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellence in email communication and business writing
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate strong initiative
Timings & Flexibility
Ability and willingness to work in overlapping evening hours on a need basis to coordinate with US teams
Versatile in supporting global business requirements
