Key Responsibilities
End-to-end hiring and onboarding for Agent Hiring / Sales Hiring
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing, networking, and social media
Conducting and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Stakeholder management with internal teams and department leads




Coordinating onboarding activities with the onboarding team & MIS teams
Maintaining daily MIS reports, hiring trackers, and dashboards
Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications
Tamil Speaking is mandatory
Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/Sales hiring is preferred
Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment
Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring MIS
