Position Title: Jr. Search Engine Optimization Analyst
Company Overview
Laverne Fintech is the Indian arm of Laverne Capital Pty Ltd, a well-established financial services company based in Australia. We specialize in providing financial planning, general insurance, home loans, and investment services to Australian clients. Ou team supports backend and client-facing operations across a range of financial products.
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page updates, and content uploads. Supports link-building activities and assists in monitoring website performance through GSC and GA4.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website performance through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor ranking growth.
- Plan, create, and manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance, traffic, leads, and ROI using analytics tools.
- Design social media creatives, ad banners,
and short-form video content (reels/shorts).
- Manage Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Work closely with content, design, and tech teams, with good working knowledge of WordPress and PHP frameworks.
requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong creative skills are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, and other editing/design tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Job Timing:
- Willingness to work in an early morning shift to align with Australian business hours (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)

- Work From Office only
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹19,000 to 23,000 per month
