As an HR Talent & Learning Advisor, you’ll implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks for the learning & talent development team. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
OPPORTUNITIES:
Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies/procedures.
Support talent development initiatives (mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping).
Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS systems.
Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Support HR budget management (supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice monitoring).
Contribute to personal capability building with emphasis on digital tools and AI.
SKILLS:
3+ Years of Relevant HR Experience.
Exposure to HR data/insights for decision-making.
Proficiency in learning technologies and analytics tools.
Curious, creative, and a robust team player.
Strong verbal communication.
HR data management & reporting.
