Must-Have**
- 3–5 years of direct experience managing Web Content Filtering/Proxy infrastructure in both forward and reverse proxy settings.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Network Security infrastructure and related technologies such as firewalls, content inspection, and malware detection.
- Proficiency in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Splunk, Radware, Alteon, and FireEye content inspection tools.
- Solid customer-facing communication skills in English, customer support experience, and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory.
