QHSE Analyst (Pune)

Business Intelligence & Reporting

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track fleet performance and HSSEQ metrics, ensuring stakeholders have real-time access to key insights
- Implement Microsoft Power Automate to automate email data capture, streamline document management, and optimize data collection workflows for vessel documentation
- Use advanced Excel functions (Power Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to clean and consolidate data from multiple sources into Power BI for analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to create reports, presentations, and trending sheets to communicate business performance across the fleet
- Lead the creation of Power BI reports and automated workflows to capture vessel replies and attachments, improving data accuracy and reducing manual efforts
- Design and maintain dashboards to provide detailed insights into HSSEQ performance and fleet status
- Implement automated email reminders and document organization systems, significantly reducing administrative overhead
- Deliver weekly and monthly fleet performance reviews, aligning with company goals in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental management

Experience Feedback & QHSE Circulars

- Record, store, measure, and quantify vessel responses to experience feedback as noted from Fleet or third-party shared data sent to the vessels
- Evaluate, analyze, and trend HSE Feedback

Audits & Inspections

- Record, store, measure,



and quantify Port State Inspections and ISM/ISPS/MLC Audit (Internal and External) reports; evaluate and advise the fleet with regards to focal areas of concern
- Maintain KPI targets for Port State Inspections, ISM/ISPS/MLC Audit (Internal and External) and action plan for achievement of same across the Fleet

QHSE Monitoring

- Evaluate, analyze, and maintain Document/Manual revisions
- Record, store, measure, and quantify QHSE monitoring data in relation to Safety, Health, and Workplace-related records such as Drill/Exercises, recycling records, accident-incident reports, investigation and analysis, and corrective action records, etc.

QHSE System/Performance Review

- Maintain and monitor the QHSE Key Performance Indicators (HSE reports) as required by vessel owners and other parties
- Assist QHSE manager to review, maintain, and update TMSA in line with current industry's best practice

Requirement

- Diploma holder in related field/discipline
- Self-motivated individual with a minimum 3-year experience in marine industries is a MUST
- Possess initiative and able to multi-task
- Tech Savvy, adaptable to working with ERP
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience with QHSE management systems and maritime regulations
