We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to lead digital acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SEO, paid marketing, email automation, analytics, and full-funnel growth strategies.

Key responsibility

Digital Marketing & SEO

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute link building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.).

Performance Marketing

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience sets, and landing pages.

Growth marketing and Funnel Optimisation

- Build and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using automation tools.
- Manage webinars,



virtual events, and content syndication programs to drive pipeline growth.
- Improve funnel performance by implementing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences.

Analytics & Reposrting

- Analyze data across channels to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Build dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho/Marketo, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
- Solid project management and communication skills.
