Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and maintaining candidate databases.



The Recruiter will work closely with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with company objectives.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in networking and employer branding strategies is desirable.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
