Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Workshop Curator, Facilitator & Community Engagement Lead who can bring the magic of hands-on art experiences to life. This hybrid role combines three key focus areas:

1. Workshop Curation & Facilitation
2. Community Building & Engagement
3. School/B2B Partnerships & Outreach

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement (WhatsApp + Parents Community)

- Engage and grow Dabble’s parent community through WhatsApp groups.
- Create and execute campaigns to onboard new members into the community.
- Schedule and facilitate online and offline sessions that encourage creativity and open-ended play.
- Share regular updates, resources, DIY ideas, and workshop content to keep the community active and inspired.

2. Workshop Curation & Facilitation

- Design, plan, and conduct interactive art workshops for children and families.
- Develop process-based, sensory-rich learning experiences aligned with Dabble’s philosophy.




- Explore recent materials, textures, and art techniques to bring freshness to every session.
- Facilitate workshops in a playful, warm, and child-led manner.
- Support marketing with creative content—DIY videos, how-tos, reels, demos, etc.

3. School & B2B Partnerships

- Identify and reach out to preschools, activity centers, educators, and institutions to introduce Dabble products.
- Conduct demos, product trial sessions, and interactive engagements for partner schools.
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and school coordinators.
- Convert leads into partnerships and bulk product orders.
- Represent Dabble at events, exhibitions, and school fairs as needed.

Artistic Contribution

- Create original art concepts for workshops and community events.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative campaigns.
- Contribute to product ideation by bringing an artist’s and educator’s lens to new launches.

Who You Are

- 1–2 years of experience as an early educator, art educator, creative facilitator, or similar role.
- Passionate about child-led, process-oriented, open-ended art experiences.
- Comfortable leading hands-on workshops with young children and families.
- A natural storyteller who can educate, inspire, and build relationships through art.
- Curious, playful, and excited to experiment with eco-friendly and sensory-rich materials.
- Confident communicating with parents, teachers, and school decision-makers.
