Lead – Non-Litigation (Real Estate) | Mumbai (On-site) | PQE - 8-12 Years

We are supporting a leading real estate group to hire a Lead – Non-Litigation (Real Estate) for their Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & vetting real estate agreements (leases, conveyances, redevelopment docs, etc.)
- Title due diligence, reviewing land/property records
- RERA registration & compliance
- Review of real estate-related debt documentation
- Coordination with Sales, Projects, CRM, Finance
- Managing registrations at sub-registrar offices & document repository

Requirements

- LLB with robust real estate legal exposure
- Law firm experience or law firm + in-house mix
- Excellent drafting, due diligence, and compliance skills
- Strong non-litigation real estate experience
- Ability to read Marathi
