Job Description: STEM Facilitator
Position: STEM Teacher
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: Multiple centres across Delhi NCR and Mumbai
Qualification: Science or Engineering background preferred
Salary: As per market standards

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative STEM Facilitator who can plan and conduct engaging STEM sessions for children. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about hands-on learning, comfortable teaching younger kids, and versatile with working across different centres. This role also includes operational support related to materials and class setup.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging STEM sessions for younger children.




· Facilitate hands-on activities, experiments, and project-based learning.
· Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, positive environment.
· Prepare, organize, and handle materials and STEM kits for each session.
· Support in creating lesson plans, activities, and simple teaching resources.
· Coordinate schedules with centre teams and maintain punctuality.
· Interact positively with students and simplify STEM concepts for them.
· Assist with basic operational tasks related to sessions and materials.
