Job Description
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/Agentic applications using Python, LLMs, and modern agent frameworks.
Develop RAG pipelines, MCP-compatible servers,



and integrate AI systems with enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven features and solutions.
Write clean, optimized, testable code following best practices across AI, backend, and orchestration workflows.
Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and optimize agent behaviors, pipelines, and end-to-end AI systems.

Mandatory Skills
✔ Robust proficiency in Python for backend + AI development
✔ Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI or similar)
✔ Proficiency in a major cloud platform (AWS Bedrock / AWS SageMaker / Azure OpenAI / GCP Vertex AI)
✔ Experience building GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and evaluation workflows
✔ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD , and scalable deployment
✔ Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA , responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability
✔ Experience integrating AI systems with MCP servers , APIs, and enterprise data systems
✔ Data engineering experience with vector databases , graph databases, and ingestion pipelines
✔ Experience in agent evaluation , scoring functions, debugging, and observability tools
