Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alwarpet, Chennai for a mid level Urban designer. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior team with design and development tasks, assisting in the preparation of architectural plans, layouts, and drawings,



conducting site visits, and ensuring plans meet regulations and client specifications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, contributing creative solutions, and maintaining project documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Experience with Project Management and Integration
- Knowledge of related Software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in design and planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Masters degree in Urban Design
