Experience: 5-7 Years in Composites Manufacturing
Education: Tech MBA/BE in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science or any related field
Experience Required :
Solid technical knowledge in composite materials & processes.
Carbon Fibre, Glass Fibre, Epoxy Resin Systems, component manufacturing.
Ability to manage production independently.
Experience with 4-axis / 6-axis filament winding machine.
Vacuum Bagging / Vacuum Infusion / RTM.
Mold preparation, release agents, alignment & finishing.
Understanding of resin mixing, resin-fibre ratio, curing cycles, material handling.
Quality inspection & testing methods.
Job responsibilities:
Facility Setup: Lead facility planning, equipment selection (autoclaves, ovens, presses), and
process development.
Production Management: Oversee the full production cycle—from material handling and
layup to curing and finishing.
Technical Expertise: Develop and document processes for prepreg, vacuum bagging,
filament winding, and RTM. Establish curing cycles and quality standards.
Team & Safety: Lead technicians, maintain strict safety protocols, and manage production
independently.
