- Facilitate student learning through research led teaching and effective instructions by developing course curriculum, course handouts, lectures, labs and presentations as per UGC/Council guidelines.
- Candidate should specialized in B.Ed in Education, M.Ed in Education, Ph.D in Education or NET qualified
- Perform evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each courses standard course outline as a guide and play a significant role in reviewing of modules and programs as per guidelines.
- Develop innovative approaches to learning and teaching ie through presentation, demonstrations, tutorials.
- Representing the university at conferences and delivering presentations when necessary
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills and eager to learn.
- Plan, schedule, and organize, co-ordinate and monitor Lectures and Practicals for the students assigned to you.
- Involve in at least one task for Institutional Development during a semester
- To take all needful steps for Research and Development towards establishing a Centre of Excellence
- Guide the students in the performance of practical tasks and skill exercises and evaluate their performance, Advise and assist the students in their project works
- Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff
- Plan for students learning journeys in collaboration with caregivers.
- Answering questions in class or via email or telephone.
