Job Summary
- You would be expected to bring in Safe Work Culture at Company's various work sites
- You would be required to mentor workers and Site Engineers to adopt best possible safe work practices
- Overall you would be expected to set up Safety Work Culture at Various Sites
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assessment of Risks and preparation of Risk and Method Statements
- HSE management
- PPE risk Assessment
- Establishing Safe Work Practices at Erection Sites
- Preparation of Safe Work Checklists as per sites
- Conducting Safety Meeting at Sites
- Mentoring Site Engineers to align with Company's Safety Policy
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- B.Sc - Chemistry, Physics,
Diploma B.E. / B.Tech Any Specialisation
- Good communication skills (Verbal-non verbal)
- Develop site specific HSE Plans and programs based on Risk & regulatory requirement
- Monitor Confined space entry activity , Underground activity, Permit to Work system.
