Responsibilities:
Responsible to structure and standardize HR processes and identify new opportunities to streamline current HR processes/projects
Ability to identify and evaluate recruiting/placement agencies to ensure we have a good line of profiles being sourced
Identify opportunities and manage the organization s profile on social platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
Work with Head of HR on all HR related projects and tasks
Ensure the timely progress and completion of HR projects
Should be able to automate transactional HR practices and tasks
Provide analytical and well documented HR reports to Head of HR
Act as a point of contact and build influential client (internal/external) relationships
Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity
Role Requirements:
Proven work experience of a minimum of 3 years in HR Operations
Should have worked on HR related projects
Familiarity with HR tools and application
Should display highest levels of adherence to processes and timelines
Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
