EY- Assurance – Team Lead – MIS F



As part of our EY-Assurance Team, you will work with various operations teams (MIS&F;/Reporting) to support team in effective and efficient management of internal and external stakeholder requirements.



The opportunity



We’re looking for candidates who can act as integral part of the team to support periodic report outs of MIS and Finance functions across all Assurance areas and regions. The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and will need to demonstrate strong operational acumen, with expertise in stakeholder management and business operations.



Your key responsibilities





Handle widespread operations reporting which includes reports specific to the following work streams – Finance, Growth and Planning, Service Delivery and People

Participate in Financial planning/budgeting and reforecasting exercise

Work closely with the Assurance Region Implementation Leaders and Service Delivery Leaders and cater to various ad hoc reports

To generate Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports in accurate & timely manner and presentation for management

Preparation and maintenance of Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports

Coordinate with team to ensure that operational requirements are met.

Analyse & identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Initiative to lead and take ownership on projects by being connected, responsive and insightful

Professional and outgoing

Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders, both internal and external to EY GDS Assurance

Functions effectively as part of a team with experience in working with virtual teams

Develops robust stakeholder relationship

Initiative to lead and take ownership on projects by being connected, responsive and insightful

Ability to manage tight deadlines

Demonstrates effective decision making

Ability to multi-task on varied projects



Ideally, you’ll also have



Knowledge on MS – Excel and Ms - Office

Interest in business and commerciality.

Skills and attributes for success



Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and basic experience in Spotfire/Tableau/Power BI, SQL

Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization

Project management skills

Proficient in critical reasoning and problem solving



To qualify for the role, you must have



Graduates with 6-8 years of relevant experience in reporting and finance preferred.

High analytical and secondary research skills (prior experience preferred)
