B2B Sales Engineering Spare Part Industry for Chennai , Delhi & Pune.
We are having and urgent requirement for one of the reputed Multinational Company for the position of Sales and Marketing Engineer for Spares.
Profile
Around 3+ years of experience in hot press companies/ plastic industry / cutting tools etc. industry
Willing to travel and has flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan the day to day activity and arrange customer clients visits as per the weekly plan
- On Job training will be provided with regards to products and services.
- Coordinate between back office, service and design teams for the new enquiries
- Work towards achieving the sales targets by converting maximum inquiries in to sales
- Observe all the TATs and update the team/ manager about the status.
- Work with back office and design teams for sending quotations to the customer.
- Observe and analyse the market competition and update the manager about the same
- Negotiate with the customer with the help of design team and sales manager
- Collect and verify the purchase order as per the customer need and send it to design department.
- Work with customers logistics partner- if any, for timely delivery
- Ensure timely payments from the customers
- Constantly communicate with customer for after sales requirement and replacements
- Look for augmenting sale of controller spares parts targeting tool and mould makers.
- Collect actionable market intelligence from field / market using their connectivity and relationships with customers.
- Participate into sales promotion activities and exhibitions etc. to know more about the industry and create awareness
- Work towards increase in the customer base in different segments apart from automobiles like packaging, electrical, medical, PVC, PET, Thinwall etc.
- Submit expense vouchers on time
- Prepare DSR on time
Providing new leads related information to back office.
Salary will be as per company norms.
