Responsibilities:



- Must be experienced in handling Corporate Training Sales

- Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them.

- Achieving exceptional conversion on in-coming leads from marketing.

- Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with focus on recurring revenue streams

- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers

- Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently

- Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success

- Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency

- Strong phone and interpersonal skills

- High energy level

- fast-paced personality



- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement

- Must be tech-savvy.





- Able to articulate and evangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market



The best candidate for this role should or could have:



- 5+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus

- Good communication, written and negotiation skills

- knowledge of current Cloud trends

- Proven experience in Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company

- Knowledge about building proposals for corporate training

- Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts
