M. B. A. from leading institute (Operations and HR specialisations), Post-Graduation in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent post-graduate studies, with basic degree in engineering.



Experience : 2 years post-qualifications experience and/ or note-worthy exposure in some of the management systems and tools (manufacturing, planning, performance enhancement, organisation development, performance measurement, ISO standards and other similar). Persons with outstanding academic record during MBA/ PG/ Engg. studies with less experience or no experience may be considered. Work experience in renowned professional companies or Management Consultancy organisations will be preferred.



Specific Requirements :

Person must have excellent analytical and presentation abilities with focus on engineering concepts, management systems and tools as illustrated above.



Age: Under 30 years.



Remuneration: Gross Rs. 3.00 to 5.00 lacs p.a. depending upon merits.,
