Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all systems and applications or services in scope to ensure stability, integrity & business continuity and ensure services are delivered to agreed SLAs.

Lead end user devices strategy, roadmap and policy, Asset Life Cycle Management and facilitate processes to control procurement, maintenance and retirement. Detailed knowledge of IT asset management operations procedures and regulatory audit requirements.

Own solution development in the respective area, through operational steady state managing the operations of service and systems in scope, ensuring stability and integrity and meet customer service levels.

Identify improvement areas, provide strategic direction and thought leadership to optimize processes, spend and improve end user experience. Improve on budget, cost, volume, critical metrics and improve end user experience.

Assist with defining potential projects to support future demand, key performance indicators and standard methodologies. Conduct impact analysis and change readiness; work with key partners to facilitate change.

Minimum requirements Graduation / post graduation the relevant domain.

16 18 years of experience in IT, predominantly in Operations management.

Experience in handling an end user device/ asset base on more 200 K end point assets. Should have handled device strategy, technology roadmap and policy #. Experience in demand forecast modelling and budgeting

Experience in driving ITIL compliant processes, lean six sigma methodology. Exposure to various service management tools (Service Now), process/service automation and modern provisioning

Experience of working with multiple third-party vendors, strong customer focus and managing contracts

Demonstrated experience in influencing multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organization. Strong data analytics and presentation skills
