Prominent Facility Management Services Is A Licensed & Certified Pest Control Operators Of Region Having Their Back Office At Sunny Enclave, Kharar. We are Providing Pest Control Services Across Punjab. We are hiring a suitable candidate for the position of Operations Executive. The Job of the Operations Executive shall be for training, coaching and encouraging the team of technicians. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to helping technicians with difficult assignments and keeping track of materials; ensuring all equipment functions properly; overseeing the activities of operations at all sites across Punjab and service technicians; and teaching pest control best practices and company policies.
He must obtain the skills necessary to evaluate, price, and schedule jobs while also ensuring quality control.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Service Planning & Scheduling
Quality Assurance & Complaint Handling
Identifying Materials and Costing
Service Monitoring and Customer
Relationship Management & Client Retention
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
