Dr. VA Shiva Ayyadurai, inventor of the world's first email system, founded CytoSolve, Inc. in 2011. CytoSolve® is a platform for in-silico quantitative modeling of complex molecular pathways, which accelerates drug development by aiding the discovery of multi-combination therapeutics for both prevention and cure of major diseases.
We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Bioinformatician leve1 and level 2 to join the CytoSolve team at MSPI in Chennai.
Job Profile
The role of a Bioinformatician is to analyze and interpret the mechanism of biological networks in disease conditions. The job involves performing comprehensive literature review and analysis of key interactions between cellular signaling pathways and various nutraceuticals / drugs from a systems biology perspective.
Qualification
Bachelors in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics, with an outstanding academic record.
Key Requirements
1. Basic knowledge on cell signaling pathways, chemical/enzyme kinetics
2. Excellent reading comprehension skills
3. Fluent speaking and good writing skills in English
4. Prior laboratory experience an advantage
