Job Description:
Support Project delivery staffing/leveraged staffing for external and internal resource requirements
Manage 3P resource engagement and related on-boarding process
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Support Training and system/process rollouts as per WFM global initiatives
Cost of delivery/Resource cost analysis
Support Capacity and capability planning
Time and expense compliance
Skills tracking and Resource utilization
Vendor management and prior procurement experience (good to have)
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in operations in IT industry(preferred).
