HP ENTERPRISE SERVICES
This is a new role to HPEs Supply Chain Management Planning organization residing in Bangalore, India. This position will be responsible for setting up a world-class innovation a lab to ideate and transform the supply chain. Develop a think tank and develop bold, transformative ideas to position HPE supply chain. Develop digital twin to mimic existing systems for e2e integration and testing of new ideas. Work on the control tower initiatives. This role will be key in driving the organization through data-based recommendations/actions to achieve better results in all metrics related to Demand, Supply, and Inventory Management and cost.

Support in SQL Data Modelling, databases. Very strong knowledge in SQL DB Development & scripting, loading and processing data to DB is required and knowledge on DB Modelling including moving from simple flat file load to models where tables are for data subjects.
Experience in Big Data technologies (Hive, Hadoop, Scala, Spark)
Should demonstrate thought leadership in the area of User Interface/Experience tools (Power BI, Qlikview etc.) practices, coding standards, and performance tuning techniques.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4-5 years of related experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Design and project tools implementation Including MS SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server, Oracle.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies.
Experience with UI tools like Power BI Application including developing basic Power BI data models to apply on data sets (a plus)
Strong business and Technical acumen, with an understanding of functional responsibilities of various business roles.
Demonstrates excellent consultative techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
Knowledge of business and technical tools and standard systems and tools
Experience participating in solution configurations/ overall architecture design and the creation of PoCs to meet customer requirements
Good knowledge of the company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, partner and strategies within the assigned solution set.
Solid project management skills or experience with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including appropriate due diligence.
