- Company Profile :

WhiteHat Jr prepares kids 5-12 for this new world. Kids learn both the fundamentals of coding--logic, sequence, structure, algorithmic thinking - and experience the joy of creative expression in building animations, games, and apps using code.

- Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Generate high-quality leads.

2. Build strong relationships with customers and close deals.

3. Quick learner with strong negotiating skills.

4. Demonstrate the offerings of the company in a compelling way.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

2. Proven B2C sales track record of exceeding targets,

with at least 2 years of experience.

3. Fluent in English and Hindi, capable of working under high pressure.

4. Ability to counsel the parent regarding the child's future.

5. Comfortable with changing shift timings.

6. Graduation is not mandatory for candidates with 3+ years of experience.

7. Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets(Google and Excel), and Powerpoint.
