The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Developing plans to help the firm acquire and retain new client base.
- Working closely with sales team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Forecasting growth targets and building a roadmap to achieve them by working closely with other internal teams like - technology, operations, sales etc.
- Defining key performance indicators and major metrics to track.
- Building and leading a growth management team, that works with a sole focus on getting those metrics going.
- Developing innovative ideas and campaigns.
The Profile :
- You possess Masters in Business Administration from a top tier institute and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience within product marketing and business development will be advantageous.
- You have a solid understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem in the country and prior work with leading eCommerce players would be a plus.
- You have solid track record of performing and exceeding the given targets.
- Experience within Growth Hacking, would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
