About the Position:



- Customer Relationship Executives work to establish and sustain meaningful ties with an organization's clients, which may include companies or individuals. Executives then leverage these connections to retain clients and to identify additional sales opportunities.



Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key experts.



2. Overseeing the relationship with experts handled by your team.



3. Resolving experts complaints quickly and efficiently.



4. Keeping experts updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.



5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate



6. Ensuring regular contacts with existing experts to maintain the company's presence.



7. Making onboard potential experts for the company.



8. Providing overall guidance to the experts.



Required Skills:



- Outstanding verbal and written communication



- Excellent Time Management and Negotiation skills



- Market Analytical Education:Degree in Marketing, Finance or any similar course



- Experience: Complete knowledge or proven experience in the same



Who can Apply :



1. Are available for full time in office (Currently working from home until lockdown)



2. Have relevant skills and interests



CTC - 2 lac to 5 lac per annum
