Kind Request to the candidates that only apply if you are from Chennai and have experience in Admission Counselling

- Build rapport and gain the confidence of the leads.

- Explain, Counselling the courses & fee structure.

- Communication with lead and convert them as students by enrolment

- Maintain the data and report regularly.

- Update self on courses offered and fee structure, periodically.

- Marketing materials like prospects, pamphlets, institution assets, and application forms.

- Collection of the fee and caution deposit as appropriate regularly. And ensure that the receipts are issued by coordinating with the accounts team.

- Collect all relevant documents along with the application form.

- Conduct - Webinars, Online Group Counselling, Online One on One Counselling

(Training will be provided if prior experience is not there.)


As an academic counselor, the candidate MUST /HAVE these competencies and skills :

- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills to impress the candidates.

- Urge to learn and to convey what they want the students to know & understand.

- Must be a go-better and enjoy the overall sales process with a positive attitude.

- Preferably someone who's achiever, result-oriented, and ambitious to grow, exceed targets consistently.

- Must and should comply with the policies
