- Responsible for interacting with customer over different platforms calls, chats & email.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide adequate and complete information to customers
- Coordinating with vendor management, buyers and warehouse team for order cancelation, QC rejection cases and order delay
- Handle customer queries related to order delay, return and refund within given timelines
- Keeping a track of customer's order delay and return queries
- Closely reviewing order courier/ shipment status
- Coordinating with vendor management team for MTO (Made to order)
- Follow standard communication guidelines and procedures while communicating with customers
- Processing customer cancelations on time and processing compensation vouchers
- Manager maximum amount of customer queries on daily basis
