Roles & Responsibilities:
- A great online portfolio of recent and current projects demonstrating experience in Visual Design, UI Design.
- The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
- Proven experience in visual design, layout, and typography skills
- Proficiency in Designing Tools (Adobe Tools, Sketch, figma, etc.,).
- Knowledge of the delivery process (export, naming convention, creating specs) is compulsory.
- Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in challenging timeframes.
- Self-learning,
able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Attention to visual 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing for all digital mediums including web,mobile, desktop, and native software.
- Formal degree in Bachelor in Design (B. Des) / Master in Design (M. Des) with a specialization in Visual Communication Design is preferred or relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with animations preferred.
- Great listening skills, with an open-minded, collaborative, team-oriented approach to design.
- Self-Starter, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
