Role of Regional Manager
This role will be responsible for achieving the targets of the given area. The incumbent will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time. One may need to get involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. The role will require travel to different areas in the region to ensure smooth flow of operations. Large scale people management experience of the candidate specific to ecommerce industry, will be an advantage.
Tasks for the role :
- People Management - Relationship building
- Implementation of health and safety procedures at various locations
- Knowledge of legal requirements of the area for running the stations
- Reviewing processes from time to time for any changes for all locations in the states/regions assigned
- Organized travel plan to ensure a personal connect and to correct any ambiguities and ensure smooth flow of operations
