- Analyze financial information obtain from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients financial objectives.

- Monitor financial market trends to ensure that client plans are responsive.

- Must ensure the growth of AUM / Book Size

- Responsible for achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through investment products.

- Responsible for business development through acquisition of high net-worth clients.

- Mandatory numbers of meetings with clients to keep them updated with the current market scenario.

- Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions.

- Recommend financial products.

- Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of the customer.

- Revenue Achievement of Revenue Target decided for the year

- Client Acquisition and Client Active Ratio Client acquisition: "X" clients to be added in this financial year Active client: "Y" clients needs to be active

- High Revenue Impact Project HNI Clients Engagement and their Revenue Growth

- USM (Knowledge,Meetings, Reach Ratio and Talk Time)
