1. Minimum 3+ years proven Product or consultative sales experience in high technology, recruitment industry to large multinational companies.
2. A consistent track record of over achievement in sales targets
3. Proven experience in closing enterprise- wide complex sales solutions,
by structuring integrated solutions.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship
