Content Writer (Remote Work)





Core responsibilities include the following :



- Optimizing current copy on the website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)



- Writing new SEO-friendly copy for pages on the website



- Blog writing and posting on WordPress



- Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.)



- Infographic creation and promotion



- Content creation (eBooks, Case Studies, White Papers, etc.)



- Video Transcriptions



- Researching trending topics within a variety of industries



- Other duties as assigned(Online Reputation Management & SMO)



- Create engaging website content for inhouse and client websites,

including web pages, product description, SEO content, blog entries, articles, etc.



- Work closely with the ecommerce team. Provide content support for search engine, social media, clients web pages, etc.



- Engage, manage, and expand the base of our social media followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other such accounts



- Conceptualize & rephrase the contents as per client need and requirements.



- Ensure consistency in corporate branding, promotions, and strategic messaging



- Contribute to internal communication programs - crafting greetings and congratulatory messages on special occasions, creating success stories around corporate culture, growth, strategic business goals, etc.



Further requirements include the following :



- Excellent verbal and written communication skills



- A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing



- Basic knowledge of HTML



- Creativity & resourcefulness



- Extreme attention to detail



- The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines



- Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectively



- Experience in WordPress and Blogger (preferred)
