Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Leaders, People Managers to translate Hevos OKRs into actionable KPIs for their team
Design, deploy and monitor employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs to keep the workforce motivated
Be a trusted advisor to people manager in dealing with aspects related to goal setting, team performance, training needs, culture curation, etc
Define, deploy and monitor key measurable metrics impacting people happiness, job satisfaction, and engagement
Be the point of contact for employees to address and resolve their queries related to people, processes, and policies
Manage day to day operations related to Human Resource function
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner role preferably in Start-ups or IT Product Companies
Prior experience of being a part team that is being built from scratch & working directly with Founders or CXOs
Masters Degree in Human Resources
