Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsible for Maintenance and Project activities of Plant. Ensuring that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Preparation of Specification of new equipments.
To control safety indicators, take initiative in safety activities. BSC adherence requires.
To control Budget for R&M; and Stores & Spares.
Initiative to control Energy, initiate QIP for power consumption reduction.
Regular budget monitoring and tracking of trends
Ensure working in team culture and CFTs.
Training to Associates of Production and Engineering.
Technical: Must be hands on Sinimerik / S5/ S7/ S& 1200-1500 PLCs / HMIs and Scada programming.
Must have analytical abilities for Power distribution and control.
