Job Description
Responsibilities We are seeking a Software Developer for APAC In-country technology development team. The successful candidate will interact with the Development Project Manager, the development team, testing team, Business Analysts, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS Platforms.
He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility. The candidate will be a rigorous technologist with a strong understanding of Financial Domain.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high-pressured environment is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 6-9 years of proven project experience
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in design, development, implementation, and deployment of Redhat Process Automation Manager workflows
Experience in Payments domain and Payment Processing applications is a significant plus
Technical / Functional Proficiency:
Strong Experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Redhat Process Automation Manager (PAM) workflows
Proficiency in developing efficient workflow management solutions to simplify processes & procedures
Proficiency in creating detailed specification documents for the workflow
Experience in designing and creating rich UI forms
Experience in creating system services to automate the workflow with external systems
Experience in migrating traditional application to a process driven application is a big plus
Experience working in agile development projects
Experience on build Tools Maven, Ant and other SDLC tools such as Sonar and Jenkins is good to have
Experience in Financial industry i.e. Payment, Receivables, and Wholesale Banking etc.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver independently and quickly
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
Experience in working on a large-scale global project.
Relationship builder and team player
Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
