QUALIFICATION:
1. Any Graduate with Hands –On working experience in CRM software – preferably ZOHO CRM.
2. Schooling from English medium only.
3. Experience : 2-3 years of CRM software experience
4. Age preferred : Upto 30 yrs.
SKILLS :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong customer service ethic, always providing excellent service to both internal and external 'clients'.
3. Accountable to perform tasks on-time and with high quality.
4. Strong team player with ability to work independently
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
6.
Good problem solving and analytical skills
7. Strong working knowledge and experience of CRM software – mandatorily ZOHO CRM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Update and maintain the customer data in CRM
2. Managing incoming emails and chats inquiries
3. Attending and responding to sales leads
4. Identify and assess customers’ needs
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
