Project Role :Tester
Project Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : a: Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications b: Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, PERFORMANCE test execution and analysis of PERFORMANCE test results c: Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business
Technical Experience : a: Minimum 3-4 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing b: Publish results and receive appropriate signoff Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues c: Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements
Professional Attributes : a: Documents all problems and assists in their resolution b: Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners c: Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards,
