Full Time with IT Resonance
End to End recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Salary Negotiation and Offer
Sourcing candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.)
Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the
candidate up to joining.
Closure of positions and ensure quality hiring in the given stipulated time as per the policy or TAT.
Facilitate Background Check process for all candidates to be offered.
Acting as the first point of contact for the Hiring Managers on day-to-day recruitment activity.
Relationship Management Closely work with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs;
formulate recruitment plans and assess job description.
Create pipeline of candidate profiles for regular requirements.
Making sure all documents of candidates are being verified and filed. Maintaining data in the ATS system
and master database.
MIS & Reporting - Make reports and have data ready for any metrics for management consumption.
Should be a team player and pitch in when there is heavy workload for example walk-in on weekends etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
MBA or other advanced degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment specialized in core IT function.
Recruitment experience in SAP environment is an added advantage and is preferred
Any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience would be an added advantage
Experienced in stakeholder engagement.
Ability to learn and grasp quickly changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and
skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.
