Responsibilities
Outbound training is a becoming an important aspect of Leadership Development. This profile will match candidates who like the Outdoors and physical activity.
NALS requires and Outbound Trainer for design and delivery of OBT activities, team building programs to students, faculty, corporate and other participants
Receive, brief and deliver content to groups
Responsible for safety and supervision
General admin jobs at the campus
Client Relationship Management
Location: The position is in Ooty, The Nilgiris, Tamilnadu
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Outbound training experience of 5 years will be a minimum qualification
Adventure course or Basic Mountaineering course will be a minimum qualification
Ability to communicate powerfully and convey ideas / concepts in English
Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be major advantage
Strong and vibrant personality, clean habits and a role model who can inspire the youth
Physcially fit and healthy
Knowledge of computers and networking skills
