Technovert is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Campus Recruitment program.
This Dynamic Recruiter will be responsible for designing campus recruitment strategy along with key stakeholders, front lining the attraction of best young guns from colleges / Universities across PAN India.
Relationship building: As a face of Technovert, you will build relationships with Universities / Colleges across India and hire top notch talent. Your empathetic approach shall lead the way to foster relationships and help fresher talent finding their dream job.
Designing hiring strategy: You should be able to design the campus and off campus hiring strategy for the Organization. You will explore various online platforms for hiring freshers and go beyond traditional way to hire talent. You will have the clear sense of timings with good approach to have best young talent onboarded within a timeline.
You know Curious and Learning: As a talent scout hiring for all disciplines, you need to be able to strike a good conversation with TPOs and candidates. This requires curiosity and constant learning in everything around you. You must be able to conduct talent mapping for the roles we are hiring. You should therefore be a curious and constant learner being able to converse everything about sales, coding or making rockets!

- Play pivotal role between Universities / Colleges and Internal stakeholders
- You will engage, attract and hire top quality students and graduates across Technovert’s Business Units
- Seamlessly manage talent pool in different stages - Written test, Group discussion, interviews, etc.
- Lead and strategize campus recruitment with support from internal team
- Drive end-to-end Fresher hiring life cycle
Traits you’ll have
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Fresher / Campus hiring
- Proven track record of hiring talent through successful Campus and open drive
- Knowledge of hiring from Top tier colleges
- Well versed with an understanding and experience with campus recruitment cycles across India
- Work independently and build results through optimum no. of hires
- Self starter, motivated and excellent in managing time
