Job Description



Primary focus would be to lead the build and support projects in SAP Enterprise HANA (EH). This would include development work within the EH platform on SAP HANA, XSA and other related technologies, with the responsibility of ensuring on time and on budget delivery; Satisfying project requirements, while adhering to enterprise standards. Role will lead key EH/XSA projects and resources, including innovation related initiatives (e.g. next generation modeling tool XSA).



Accountabilities :





- Lead delivery of key Enterprise HANA (EH)/XSA projects within time and budget



-Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability, performance and reuse of EH/XSA models



-Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.

-Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs

-Oversee coordination and partnerships with Business Relationship Managers, Architecture and IT services teams to develop and maintain EH best practices and standards along with appropriate quality assurance policies and procedures

-May lead a team of employee and contract resources to meet EH build requirements:

-Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion

-Coordinate work activities with other IT services and business teams.

-Hold team accountable for milestone deliverables



Qualifications/Requirements



Years of Experience:

5 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management

• 3 + years’ experience in Data Warehouse, Enterprise HANA(EH)

Mandatory technical skills :

Enterprise HANA - Modelling/Build of HANA views, XSA design and Development Skills

-XSA advanced experience, Azure GIT repository

-Knowledge of HANA SQL

Mandatory non technical skills:

Some knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (i.e. Scrum, Sprint, Stories)

-Excellent team player

-Strategic thinker
