Techno Commercial Executive / Operations Executive - [YB78]

Primary - Purpose of this role is a techno-commercial work including commercial processing and technical processing of modular kitchen/furniture orders.



Primary Responsibilities



- To prepare Proforma Invoices, Trading Order Formats etc. as per dealer orders with all necessary technical and commercial details.

- To understand requirements of dealer order and prepare production documents.

- To prepare furniture detail sheets / BOM and generate quotations accordingly.



- To maintain and update necessary records for smooth functioning of the operations department.

- To coordinate with other departments for smooth processing and dispatch of orders.



- To communicate with the dealer regarding order processing and apprise him about order status and dispatch.



Education



- Minimum Education - Graduate

- Technical Education - B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Arch / D.Arch / B.Sc.(Interiors) / Diploma in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Designing



Experience



- Minimum Experience - 3 Years

- Minimum Experience (Technical) - 2 Years



Skills Required



- Excellent communications skills Hindi and English

- Excellent skills in written English

- Knowledge of CAD Designing 2D/3D

- Good knowledge of office applications with expert knowledge of spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Google Office/Collaboration Tools is an added advantage

- Knowledge of furniture designing for Home, Hotels, Institution and Offices.

- Creative and presentable

- Possessing good patience and understanding to handle customer

- Good interpersonal skills required



Job Type: Full-time



Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,100.00 per month
